New Projects
One of {n}.bora’s biggest achievements this year has been the increase in new projects we’ve taken on. From supporting small, local businesses and engaging with the Cornish business community, to collaborating with major international clients, we have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries, techniques and technologies. Our team has delivered everything from custom software platforms and tailored WordPress websites to a major integration platform created with Azure Logic apps. Across this year, we have been challenged to innovate, expand our skillset, and deliver even greater value to our clients. Working with clients across the UK and the world has been a deeply rewarding experience, and we are proud to work with such a wide range of businesses and organisations.
As well as this, our network of friends and collaborators has also expanded. Starting with meeting a wealth of new people at February’s Big Cornish Tech Expo, we have continued to work with people both near and far on a whole range of projects, gaining people’s advice and support.
Team Expansion:
As well as growing our network, we have also expanded our core team, having had the pleasure of welcoming Mike, Ziaur and Jason. Mike and Ziaur have joined us as junior developers, wowing us with their capacity to learn and willingness to jump in at the deep end. They have both become integral members of the team, and have astounded us the quality of their work. Jason has joined as our Operations and Delivery Lead, and has immediately made sure our various endeavours are kept on track, as well as providing consistent support for every member of the team. Bringing in these new team members has allowed us to keep up our high standards as we continue to grow, and has made a tangible difference to our output. We can’t wait to see what they will accomplish in the upcoming year.
Dubai Office:
Another major milestone for the {n}.bora team is opening our Dubai office this summer. Establishing a presence in the UAE allows us to work more closely with our clients in the Middle East, as well as opening us up to further opportunities in the region. We’re already starting to grow our network in Dubai, and, again, can’t wait to see what having this global base will bring.
B Corp:
One of our proudest moments this year was when {n}.bora became a B Corp. Following on from a rigorous process of examining and improving our environmental, social and governance (ESG) processes, we became B Corp certified, joining a community of businesses that that are committed to providing a positive impact for people and the planet as well as generating a profit. However, this is only the beginning of our journey, as we find new ways to drive positive change.
Looking Ahead:
As we say goodbye to 2024, we’d like to say thank you to all our clients, collaborators and friends – your trust, support and friendship has been a driving factor of our growth and success.
Looking forward to 2025, we are already making plans for ways we can support our clients, grow our company and further our impact. We are already looking to expand our team (you can see our new vacancies here: https://nbora.co.uk/vacancies/), and we have multiple other plans brewing.
We hope everyone will have a great festive period and we can’t wait to see what 2025 will bring!

Why small businesses need practical technology partners, not just developers
For many small and growing businesses, technology is no longer just something that sits in the background. It affects how teams work, how customers place orders, how information is shared, and how confident a business feels when it needs to make changes.

July 2026 – Making time to review the systems your business relies on
When a system is working, it is very easy to leave it alone. If orders are being processed, reports are being produced, websites are running and teams are getting through the day, reviewing the underlying systems can quickly drop down the list.
AI & Automation
AI Workflows Are Powerful. Poorly Designed Ones Are a Liability.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing what businesses can automate. AI-enabled workflows can interpret information, generate content, recommend actions, classify requests and make routine decisions. Used effectively, they can reduce administrative effort, accelerate processes and allow people to focus on work that requires judgement, creativity and human connection.
